Brittany is lovely, there are some fabulous beaches and hopefully not too many people.Originally posted by Coalman View PostOff to Brittany for two weeks in August - first holiday aborad for the kids, they are very excited!...my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...

Current contract will finish end of June, may have a summer holiday, it's been a long time.
Usually take time off for some winter sun, because there is no summer sun in Ireland (well there is about 2 weeks but you never know when that will be).Fiscal nomad it's legal.Comment

Nope, Catalonia is in Spain last time I looked, and that's most definitely on the South Western Border....Originally posted by pacharan View PostDon't you mean South East?Comment

It will be a week in Samoa for me.
I'm not sure what it will be like. I am expecting it to be a bit like the Canary Islands but somewhat less sophisticated.

Its very American. Samoans are big types, like a drop, quite like the fisticuffs, but are some of the most friendly folks you'll meet, just don't get on the piss with them at weekends, which is when the pyrotechnics can start.Originally posted by Gonzo View PostIt will be a week in Samoa for me.

I loved it there, albeit it a very brief 6 days waiting for a plane.Comment
