Anyone else going to be watching this tonight - BBC Two - The 70s, Get It On 70-72.

It was a decade in which ordinary British people first felt the thrill of freedom and money,

We watched some of the programme last night and personally I thought it was a bunch of romanticised bollocks! Definitely had a southern slant on things too.

I was born in 71' so I only remember choppers, Muhammid Ali and it being really fecking hot one summer... must have been great!

Good stuff; Music - truly a game of two halves, great time to be a kid.
