I decided not to take the permie offer with shares & go for the contracting rate which was generous.

Lo and ******* behold, the company floated and the shares went up 50%.

Strike it down as another classic wrong move from MF.

Dont worry. A mate got share options in 2006. 0.6%. Expected to get £60k in 5 years. Gor £600k in 2 years. But stuck it all in BTLs and still regrets it big time. Easy come, easy go.
