Got to be GL Merc or Range Rover for me:

          90k new, 35-40k after 18-24 months

Or buy a commercial pick up for 21k, pocket the vat back, and then 100% against corp tax leaving it about 12-13k

Many, many bargains about if you is savvy

5k I'd get a T5 and turn it into a surf/day van. Will keep its value, can be put 100% against a company, is bullet proof, will cost next to nothing to run and you'll never have a smile off your face.

Government pledges to cut carbon emissions by 80% by 2050 | Politics | guardian.co.uk

The government today committed the UK to cutting greenhouse-gas emissions by 80% by the middle of the century in a bid to tackle climate change.

In a move that was widely welcomed by environmental campaigners, Ed Miliband, the new energy and climate change secretary, said that the current 60% target would be replaced by the higher goal in the climate change bill.

Miliband told MPs that the tough economic conditions were not an excuse to "row back" on the commitment to tackle global warming.

He accepted the recommendations of the government-appointed Climate Change Committee, chaired by Lord Turner, which said last week that the UK ought to commit to an 80% reduction from 1990 levels for all greenhouse gases and covering all sectors.

You want to cut carbon in the UK by 80%? Then put your money where your mouth is and pay the price.

A decent 3.2 litre Jag - That's all mine cost a couple of years ago.

My next motor will be a 4-by-4 though with fold down seats - Need more room for a couple of sleeping bags when I go camping.

                      Damned right.

In fact you should charge double the mileage, because each leg was working just as hard as the other!
