    SF gets lots of sun, you just feel like it's always crap since the rest of CA spoils you so much. You have to travel literally 5-10 miles and you're back in the sun again... go visit Berkeley which is a beautiful university campus with a little town attached, if it's too grey.

      Upped the trip to 2 weeks, so can absorb much more and don't have to rush as much. Thanks for all the suggestions and tips they really helped.
