A little. Ex-CEOs of multinational companies have a little cash swilling about.

Put this way, when we all go out for a meal I always lose the battle to pay for it.

What is the battle decided on? Do you have display accountant approved net worth or summat?

          Intellect and charm?
We don't have to save the world. The world is big enough to look after itself. What we have to be concerned about is whether or not the world we live in will be capable of sustaining us in it.

Competitive spirit. Future FIL is super competitive. You can't have a weekend without him wanting to do something. Table tennis over the kitchen table, golf, running, who can do the garden the best, tiddlywinks with the kids(they've yet to win). So when it comes to a meal out we go back and forth for a few minutes. One of us tries to grab the bill first, then I offer cash, he declines etc etc. He then pays and I keep the receipt (double win ). Though to be fair, I've got his daughter and she's bleeding me dry.

He must be uper proud of you being top of the cuk rep ladder. Managing to make it to the top after all your insults is very good - but persuading admin to downgrade number of rep points making you unassailable is amazing.

Or did he lend you the money to bribe admin?

Worst case I don't get paid for the week.
Makes no difference whether they've signed a timesheet or not - you are still honouring your contract. Why do you keep stating you aren't going to get paid?

Because that's the normal settlement terms between MF and the client after he punches his boss in the face.

                      I see.

Mind you, I hate long goodbyes myself.
