No, scratch that - you're a provider trying to sell something to loonies, aren't you?

Why is it that anyone who mentions tax avoidance is "tarred" with being a salesperson - my original point was meant to be flippant but does make a serious point (sort of) that I thought might spark some intersting/entertaining answers!

It seems though, that, as always, rather than just answering the post, certain individuals have to try and show how "clever" they are by "revealing" a salesperson or troll or whatever....

So, no, not selling just using up a bit of spare time.......

I just try to steer people away from being participants in threads like BN66, or Talent Management, or Consulting Overseas or Loans from EBTs or other Trusts or any of the other tax avoidance schemes where the providers disappear with the punter's dosh* before the tax man turns up knocking on the door...

BN66* isn't quite that bad, but the taxman did turn up and no-one's offering to pay their tax bills.

An admirable service- but they don't all disappear with the punter's dosh do they?

Thanks for the Freeman info though!

I think you are preaching to a tired audience. If you really have time I suggest you trawl through previous posts of mine - this topic has been argued ad infinitum and guess what? I won.

No, but they don't offer to pay the tax demands and penalties either.
