Depends if it is derogatory or just accurate. What is the difference between Aussi and ****?
**** is used as a short form of Pakistani much the same as Turk, Serb and Uzbeki.

If the term **** is being used to describe any Indian sub continent resident then it is incorrect and probably offensive.

Brit is a short form of British and I do not object to it.
Last edited by administrator; 12 March 2012, 13:58. Reason: I see it as being wholly derogatory and offensive.
    Just saying like.

What is racist about referring to a shop that is owned and run by Pakistani's as "The Paki Shop"? It's the same as the "Chinky Chippy", "The Eytie Pizza Shop".

Your sensibilities are as bogus as you are.

No, you keep digging son. Just because you don't find it offensive, and racist, doesn't actually mean it isn't.

No, Paki is a derogatory term. Look, walk up to a pakistani and ask him. I just did. It's offensive. Why is it a paki store? It isn't, it's a corner store owned, possibly, by an asian, who may be from Pakistan. So, determining the store by the race of its owner is wrong.

Unless they sold pakistanis there, but even then, it would be derogatory.

          It's a ******* shop, not a paki shop.

I expect you get all the validation you need when you meet up with your dad and your brothers. They can corroborate your spineless pussy chickensh1t status for you.

No fat boy, when you mature, grow up, you don't really need it anymore.

Aw, didums, still searching for validation. I guess with a father who sent you out to join the grunts, you'd be searching for validation still.

I really wish I was as simple as you fat boy, I really do. Life would be that much easier if I didn't understand what was going on.

                  Poor lad.

True, the word itself isn't offensive

But it's been used as insult so much over time, that's it's lost its meaning as an abbreviation

I think its obvious that if you are identifying a shop by the nationality of the owner, its derogatory. Otherwise it's justa shop, no?

I don't go into a newsagents owned by a British person having said I am just off to the brit shop. As soon as you identify a shop by the nationality of its owner, you are being racist, that much is obvious.
