There have been programs on Discovery repeated ad infinitum over the last year about the building and testing of this thing. Apparently there's not many runways about that can handle it yet. Plus the extra infrastructure in the airports to cope with the increased passenger count.

My brother-in-law's been working on it in Hamburg with a load of scousers.

There's no truth in the rumour that the scousers were only brought on board to nick all the cabling to make the plane lighter, though....
