Just saw on STV news that Bill Miller's plan is to transfer the assets to a 'new company' while negotiating a CVA for the debts of the old company.
Surely to f**k it would be illegal to transfer ownership of assets of a company that is currently in administration ??
I think it is legal but it requires the CVA to be completed on the old co debts and I don't think that will happen.
Also the company as it stands still has to be bought off whyte and he will be hanging out for quite a bit of money. He still technically owns the stadium and training ground and not the club.
To be honest it is all a mess and I don't think it can all just be fixed overnight, it will drag out in the courts for a long time.
Why don't you think the CVA will be agreed? Hector has already said they are willing to accept one if they get the same deal as football creditors unlike in England where Football debts are paid in full first
