this is true, i have said this before, there is a camp i know of never any troubles, bins out on bin day and always spotless puts alot of home owners to shame, their probably still out robbin old ladies but the place is immaculate, unfortunately its the large majority of others that give them all a bad name, and they are above the law as the police cannot deal with them

Presumably these bins are empied by the bin fairy! Do they pay council tax on their illegal sites?
