Add a grand or 2 more and buy a brand new vw polo, 3 years trouble free motoring and a nice ride.

Saw a ad in one of today's papers

Also if you a buy new car with emissions lower than 110g, you can write off 100% of purchase price in first year as company expense, rather than the standard 20% Seems a no brainer........

Crikey - are you me? I keep thinking I'll get a silly motor (well sillier than the old Yanks I have) - toyed with the idea of an 8.32 or that nutty MG (Rover 75) 260 with rear wheel drive and a Mustang engine. But I too will probably wind up with a Honda or something.

I'm not sure about the rover but I do have a soft spot for sporty Italian cars. Most of the Alfas and Lancias are worth a fortune now though, it used to be they were cheap and just needed a bit of looking after.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Plenty of nice 2nd hand Fords and Vauxhauls for you guys to toodle around in. Just stay out of the big boys lane on the motorways and you'll be fine.

I'll try to remember that at the weekend while I'm hooning about in my Overfinch*, although it may be difficult.

My Alpina is just over 3.5 years old now with 140,000km on it and so far no expensive repairs unlike the previous, an AMG (new engine after 35,000km), however I now need 4 new summer tyres which are apparently going to cost me €1,700!!! As the car is coming up to 4 years I'm waiting for Alpina to announce their new 3 series just like BMW have although my dealer has given me good quotes on the M3 and the new B5 (which now has the beefed up B6 V8 in it.) What I really what though is a Wiesmann...

4 year old VW T5 transporter, turn it into a day van/surf camper, will not lose a penny. No image issues, it will make you smile, you will get 40mpg, it will easily swallow 250,000 miles and is hewn from granite.

I have just picked a new one up, as a hobby van, and it's a hoot. 100k A4, 318d, C class will very soon start costing heaps of money. 57 plate T5 with 80-100k on the clock is just getting going.

Best off, 100% corp tax expensed, VAT back and can load the expenses on it.
