There are a group of cyclists who seem to think they can get away with anything and completely ignore the rules of the road. I guess as a bus driver he meets more than his fair share.Comment

I could agree with you, but then we would both be wrong!

Originally posted by TimberWolf View PostThere was a previous altercation, the cause of which isn't described, which is why I said 'perhaps'. It's usually the case where very massive things and very light things come into contact that the very light thing comes out very much worse.
As I said deliberately goading the bloke who has already proven he is an arse of a bus driver is not smart and from the short video the cyclist is deliberately blocking the path of the bus, it seems to me that the cyclist even stopped to wait when the bus stopped for passengers (right at the start of the vid so might be misleading). When the bus pulls out to pass the cyclist pulls out to block. The bus should not have pulled out as it is a right turn lane, so I suspect the driver was somehow frustrated.
As I said originally, I do not condone the bus drivers actions, there is never an excuse for that kind of behaviour. I was just contemplating what might have provoked him. It always seems that the cyclists are completely innocent in these stories.Just saying like.

Of course, I never get cyclists hurling abuse at me because I don't drive like a ****. But there you go.While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'Comment

Looks like the fat **** could do with putting in a few miles on a bike himself.
