If the club goes bankrupt and cannot fulfil its fixtures it as an entity no longer exists and is expelled from the SFA, any club can start again but would have to apply to be elected to the league

If Rangers do go under the SPL would be a foregone conclusion, celtic would probably be forced to join the English league so everyone else had a chance.
