We got a Test Manager here, you know the type, a bit slow, always looking to cover his own arse and get someone else to make a decision for him. Obviously I can't trust him as far as I can throw him so I got someone else to explain to him how to do his job as I'm sick of telling him how he should be doing his own job.
As he's a proper bedwetter I traded him to another senior manager for some stationary and a crack at his PA and now he's avoiding me, probably crying in the toilets.
