Well, considering the women polled were readers of 'Bicycling Magazine' it's fair to say they are keen and probably habitual, cyclists. Most likely club members. Surely it's not really a fair and impartial sample to poll.

True.....but in a results driven business like propaganda, it is the best way to guarantee getting the results you want.
They probably employed the same firm that the IPCC use to stress the importance of taxing us on climate change.
