Does that mean a pedophile can sue the police for intefering with what goes on in his own home?

Give them their methadone.....just lots and lots and lots of it all at the same time.

Voila - no more junkie prisoner for taxpayers to have to pay for and fewer tricky human rights legislation cases to burden the courts (which again are a burden on the taxpayer)
