My top favourites are;
Game pudding - our local pub does a two person one that I eat on my own.
Country Dumplings. (Huge suet dumplings filled with minced beef, herbs, garlic and onion).
(Both accompanied with a decent pint of beer).
Pies and puddings are essential eating at this time of year.
Oh and in the cold weather all salads have to come with a Scotch egg - it's the law.
