    The fact that she has committed an equally serious crime and is admitting to it is seems to have passed her by.

        Well, if his wife could not trust him despite having a chance to know him better than anybody else, what hope do the voters get to trust him? That alone (cheating on wife and going away from her) should have been reason to resign.

        She will get let off with slap on her risk for cooperating with police fullly and probably claiming she did that under duress or something.

        It's a pity that to get incompetent idiot from the Cabinet takes charging him with criminal offence carrying maximum sentence of life in jail ...
