Nothing to fear, there's lots of fun to be had at -14 C. Especially in Estonia.

-14 is not bad at all. In Siberia the open air markets and bars are still open at that temperature. -20 to -30 it does get a bit nippy and people tend not to go out too much.

There are plenty of places in Estonia to warm your willy up.

wuss. It's -7 here at the minute, supposed to be -12 tomorrow and I'm told with the wind chill it'll feel like -22!
