          -14 is not bad at all. In Siberia the open air markets and bars are still open at that temperature. -20 to -30 it does get a bit nippy and people tend not to go out too much.

          There are plenty of places in Estonia to warm your willy up.

            A friend of mine flew to St Petersburg yesterday. Currently -17 dropping to -20.
