Well doesn't she sound delightful; at 14 she runs away from home, is arrested for theft, lies about her name and age to police, now at 15 she is pregnant.

I don't have much sympathy for someone that's obviously not averse to trying to lie their way out of trouble. This is interesting though - it gives the lie to all those Pro-ID card fools who seem to think that The State can be relied upon to determine and manage your identity.
