I know that. It just seems to me that many people (no not just one) know the word cojones but only in speech, and confuse it with kahunas especially when they write it.

I can see we may now get to the question, when does a repeated mistake become no longer a mistake but one of the acceptable options? IMHO it's still a mistake, even if Ted Turner makes it too.
