          That was the compromise between 3.5% and 4.5%. Looks increasingly likely that the investors will be faced down and accept 3.5% or very close to that, i.e. that the compromise is off the table. We'll see.

          In the end the investors have a choice of some money or absolutely nothing, apart from the ones that have credit default swaps; but most would get absolutely nothing.
