    Pictures or this thread is completly useless. Learn from SY01 all of you lot.

    Why is k2p3 doing this diet malarky ? If I recall your cycle ride pictures from Lands end to somewhere up north correctly you dont need any dieting you need to put on weight.

            Keep it, I've been putting on a few pounds over the past 2 years and currently trying to shift a stone

            Swtiched to salads for lunch now - got a Chorizo and cheese salad to look forward to today

            and started doing morning pushups as well with the help of a pushup app. Done 351 since Monday!

                  Yesterday I reached my halfway point. My goal was to lose 44lbs and as of yesterday the first 22lbs had gone. Onwards and upwards.........
