I take my hat off to anyone who can solder in zero G - It's tricky enough normally, but imagine how much harder it must be with great big globules of hot solder floating about sticking to everything except the board!

I always found the biggest problem with soldering is you need one hand to hold one thing you're soldering, a second hand to hold the other, a third to hold the iron, and a fourth to hold the solder. I'd end up using pliers, shoes, books, my glasses case.. anything I could grab to try to suspend things in mid air all the time worrying about burning the carpet.

Zero G soldering would be a doddle.
