    You didn't read the back of the box properly. At the bottom it says "Just one last thing, the pilot episodes are on disc 4".

        I just checked () and the bottom of the box (it's the cigar box with the writing on the bottom, hence my absurd expectation of some cigars in it ) doesn't mention anything other than the audio tracks and subtitles for each season.

        Oh, and the overall feature running time of 86 hours 51 minutes. Going to take a while (nearly 87 hours to be exact ) to watch that lot.

            Froze my nads off on a 3 hour run this morning, ice, snow, sleet & freezing rain.

            Should have stayed in bed and read the paper.
