what is 6 sigma exactly? I noticed it on my dad's cv but don't have a clue what it's about. And why do they grade it as belt like some sort of judo for office workers??The proud owner of 125 Xeno Geek PointsComment

It's a management methodology. They grade it as a judo belt for the same reason that IT project managers have 'war rooms' and 'plans of attack'; fat middle aged office workers whose willies have stopped working want to sound macho, as if they were doing something exciting with their lives. And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument?
