There's a project manager here who's signed a fixed price contract. Idiot. One man business signs fixed price contract with huge multinational, now he's working 16 hour days getting stressed out, pissing everybody off, failing to deliver and losing money while he's at it. Serves him right, stupid coont.

That'l learn him.

I'm sure he loves you, insisting on thorough testing of all possible scenarios and then some, while you get paid more the longer the project runs

You should invite him out for a beer and talk to him about the benefits of fixed price offers.
