      Does anyone know why this spat exists? IS there a reason? After all SAS thinks everyone is stupid so why pick on one especially?

            Great Britain & Ireland - 3 stars: 4, 2 stars: 14, 1 star: 122
            Germany - 3 stars: 9, 2 stars: 23, 1 star: 205

            Slightly out of date as Germany have recently received more stars...
