Restore border control for human and economic movements

I don't know if you've realised it, but Britain, Spain, Italy, Germany and the low countries have perfectly serviceable ports and airports that can be used for completely bypassing France, thereby allowing them to continue trading freely without any of the extra costs (time waiting at ports and borders) associated with such border controls. Logistic chains in Europe are now designed with Schengen in mind; if you want border controls it'll cost a lot of money and of course create public sector jobs at the cost of private sector productivity. Silly idea, give up on it.

stop subsidising Europe
stop costly immigration - and aids to immigrants
stop "droit du sol" - the law that de facto give French nationality to whoever is born on the French territory
restore security
reduce tax on SMEs, simplify the French laws of employment
Cut subsidies to "collectivite territoriales" (vassal states within the states - a result of decentralization)
Restore border control for human and economic movements - tax imports from goods coming from country that make children work, with no welfare or regulation.

So those countries will impose protectionism on your goods in turn.
End of trade with world.
France reverts back to an impoverished, "culturally homogenous" peasantry.

There is a fair amount of diversity where I live, although it is limited to the well off. I'd rather live next to a highly educated Indian than a chavvy Frog any day.
