Does it allow a photo/video to be captured that is 100% in focus, so the eye can set the focal point based on whereabouts you are looking, as in real life?

You could use a webcam detecting the reflection off your retina of tiny weak lasers.

That way it could gauge your eyes' current focal distance and adjust the focal plane accordingly (for one viewer at a time anyway)

The JPEG resolution turns out to be about 1.2 megapixels, which is fairly unimpressive

it's a first stab at commercialising this method for capturing images.
Give it 5 years and it'll be either dead or worth buying
