The father of the above child was in the papers a while back and had to chain his toddler up, to stop it being stolen while he was at work.

Why not, just swap all our countries ginger nuisnaces with the chinese kids? They wont have to buy expensive chains for their kids and we can breed out ginger-vitus within a generation or two. Win-win.
