Hope you didn't put your mortgage on that one! 87-0.Originally posted by Alf W View PostThere's a rumour that South Africa may throw their game against neighbours Namibia to avoid NZ and AUS in the qf/semis. Could be worth a cheeky bet.

I think your draw has been made using some 1980s labour loony left random policy generator. Give the people who actually know a bit about rugby the crappiest teams to give everyone else ' equal opportunities'. (nb; not referring to Ireland)Originally posted by Pondlife View PostMrRobin get IrelandAnd what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014Comment

Yeah, but he gave an explanation of the laws that was beyond comprehension for forwards and then didn't tell me where to find the list of teams.Originally posted by Wodewick View PostI think that you either can't read or you think Pondy is untrustworthy.........

The list of teams was (is) beyond my control since the IRB let the kiwis organise the contest and didn't ask for my input. Maybe they'll call me for the next one.Originally posted by Mich the Tester View PostYeah, but he gave an explanation of the laws that was beyond comprehension for forwards and then didn't tell me where to find the list of teams.
For info it's here
All you had to do was pick a number between 1 and 20 and since you're a forward I did advise you look on the back of the shirt you wear.
As for team to number assignment. That was done using a highly confidential and complex algorithm that not even Sas would claim to understand. Imagine a slightly stupid monkey with a keyboard and you're along the right lines. and by slightly stupid monkey I mean a bored welshmen.
In all honesty I'm as gutted that wodders got SA as the rest of you. (sorry wodders)Comment
