They served the food from that hut in the picture.Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? We're now members of Sanders Garden World Gardening Club and are looking forward to our invites to the opening night of their Christmas display.

Well don't overdo it. We wouldn't want to hear about you and your "crew" getting banged up for over-excessive shenanigans at Leigh Delamere Services, or somewhere equally bohemian!!Originally posted by pacharan View PostMince pies and mulled wine all round!

If garden centre gastronomy is your thing the food at Banwell Garden centre is also excellent as is Roundtrees in Yatton (Just passed Cadbury garden centre which is good for tea & cakes but expensive).Originally posted by pacharan View PostSmart! Will have to take the wife there some time.

For the record I don't exclusively eat at garden centres but we do make a point of having lunch if we visit.Science isn't about why, it's about why not. Smart. If you are ever in the area, give Whitehall Garden Centre at Lacock a go. Make sure you try their pineapple upside down cake.Originally posted by gingerjedi View PostIf garden centre gastronomy is your thing the food at Banwell Garden centre is also excellent as is Roundtrees in Yatton (Just passed Cadbury garden centre which is good for tea & cakes but expensive).

Agreed, and anyone who thinks a taxpayer funded NHS run by civil servants is expensive should take look at the Dutch system which is run by insurance people; it's expensive, bureaucratic and going downhill.Originally posted by DaveB View PostThe NHS.And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument?
