I'm actually just back this week from a Prince2 foundation and practitioner course..... in Thailand bizarrely. Saw it advertised for 1000 Euros including hotel and all meals so combined it with a trip to Indonesia.
The company was Indian and to be honest it was all a pretty amusing experience, plenty of Fawlty Towers moments but the training quality was very good. It was in Pattaya though which is a world class s@@t hole. You mentioned being a trainer and to qualify as a Prince2 trainer you need to score I think more than 69 per cent on the practitioner exam (normal pass mark is 55)
I actually enjoyed the course and would recommend it. Also agree with the previous poster re: Agile methodologies which I prefer, but if a Project wants Prince2 not much you can do about it.
