Quite easy to make too. Though larger gem quality is still, allegedly, still cheaper dug out of the ground.

Ah, you've heard about doping diamond then. Either you're up with latest developments or it's old hat.

Sounds like a mobile phone for Posh and Becks.

There are quite a few people on here who clearly have no clue about finance whatsoever but pitch in with the most obtuse remarks and then give us the "what I would do if I were in charge" story like a fat man watching the football telling Wayne Rooney he can't play football.

Comes a time you just have to let people know they don't know anything.

Indeed. I have no clue about finance whatsoever, but having witnessed the chaos of the last 5 years I am skeptical about anybody who does claim to have a clue.

I sometimes look at the gold chart to see what's going on on the mysterious world of finance. If there's a sudden blip then something's probably up; this happens most days now though and gold marches upward. Not sure if the blips indicate prior or post cataclysmic economic events though.

He seems to be keeping his head down and threatens to buy a house instead. Not sure what's riskier: gold, cash or houses.

Beyond a couple of second hand cars the only possessions of any real value in the Tester family are a couple of farmhouses, some patches of agricultural land and a small herd of horned Herefords. At least we can feed ourselves.
