It's an absolute must that you shag an ugly hiring manager (of the opposite sex) to get an extension. Even if she's so minging that you're gagging while doing it
Maybe that's just me though
Lying there thinking of Stuart McCall eh?
“The period of the disintegration of the European Union has begun. And the first vessel to have departed is Britain”
For me as I have not been contracting that long I think will be -
1. being benched and being comfortable with it
2. Turning down an extension even if that then means your benched and knowing it was the right thing to do.
3. taking a holiday and not worrying about it at all in regards to money being lost.
4.walking away from a job even though its fine but you've been there a long time and just want a change. (hate being in jobs too long which is part of why I went contracting)
5. Choosing the very short term job over the longer term one as that's the one you prefer and want.
6. Being able to turn a job offer down even if benched if you feel its not right.
