    There was a while in England where teachers weren't allowed to put disruptive kids in the corridor to calm down ( and be caught by the head or deputy head for a further ticking off) because it was a health and safety risk.

    There were also some schools where teachers couldn't give kids after school detention.

    I know people who left the teaching profession because of this and they were Science and Maths teachers.

                      It's a cynical attempt to use it first and turn it to their advantage, after all it was under Nu Liebor that those benefits increased so massively without solving problems of such places.
