I was in Chester a few weeks ago watching a parade or something and there was a go on a mobility scooter - whi then stood up on it to get a better view.
like WTF if you can stand you can walk.
Also when you see these things driving round the always seem to have proper tubbies on them - I have always thought if they walked they may not be such a lard arse
obviously there are people who need them just to get around so should not really take the mick.
but in answer to your question they should be pavement as they are designed to go around shopping centres etcComment
