Bob is without their main Business Analyst for this one and so have struggled with the requirements.

Still some talented developers but it's looking likely that they're going to come in under budget.

The final requirements for Phase 1 (of 4) haven't been finalised yet - that will probably happen later today.

If the requirement comes in less than expected, they might be able to turn it around and meet the delivery target.
