As the hordes of citizens pour out of Munich jamming the roads to the Swiss border, Dignitas is overrun by Germans who have lost the will to live

At least they have an option, death and taxes being the only certainty in life, you just have to keep paying. Bend over please

The UK is a proud entrepreneur generating state, a strong history of wonderful engineering achievements. I find it astonishing that the wealth generated from this industry for the country over the centuries was dwarfed in 12 months of bailing out failed banks.

While to gloat at the problems of euro land our own problems are far from over, our debt continues to increase.
Coming on CUK can often be like walking in to a lift that someone has just farted in.

              So does the yank's.

I wonder if they're secretly contemplating a debt jubilee at the country level. Depends who stands to lose out if that happened. Could it lead to another big war if China/Asia stand to lose out if the West defaulted in unison?

Though maybe printing money is an equivalent.
Feist - 1234. One camera, one take, no editing. Superb. How they did it

Greece and the other PIGGS are far more fecked in the Euro than they would have been outside.

The currency war is in full swing. Printing cash in the old days may have been a solution to get out of debt but it's not to be trusted. How do you predict growth / business with a country if it changes the value of it currency as often as the wind changes direction?

Have you forgotten the half a billion Euros Germany threw at its own banks?
Germany's debt to GDP ratio isn't that good you know.
And will get worse if they keep chucking it down the Greek black hole. Greece is fooked. There 's no way out but default.
                    Hard Brexit now!
