When I was young, I claimed jobseekers and still feel horrible when I think back to having to attend the jobcentre, hate it so much, I only claimed once ....
Only benefit I was ever allowed. Once tried for incapacity when I was young and had a leg injury that put me out of my job at the time. Since I went to A+E and not my doctors, jobcentre wouldnt acknowledge my condition as it wasnt properly documented. Instead I went to a crappy backstreet diner and waited tables, hopping between them, earning slave wages, but the bills had to be paid.
Even walking near a jobcentre nowadays makes me feel filthy. They stop genuine people in asking for aid to see them through a bad spot and instead fuel sloth and trashy people, standing in the dole queue.
Many never even try to get a job or work, it's quite sad and trashy really ....Comment
