I don't usually go for all the fantasy sword crossing stuff* but this did hold my attention. I wonder why. :whistles off to peruse Emilia Clarke in the buff, again:

I think there's something to be said for converting decent books to television or movies. Certainly brings more freshness than remaking old shows/movies.

    * Still haven't watched all of the first Lord of The Rings yet, and now waiting for the Extended Edition blu-rays to come down in price, as the picture quality on those is supposedly excellent and way better than even the Theatrical Edition blu-rays.
Feist - 1234. One camera, one take, no editing. Superb. How they did it
Feist - I Feel It All
Feist - The Bad In Each Other (Later With Jools Holland)

Alphas. Looks great. Just the kind of derived show I seek out when my brain can't cope with anything too original.

I think Heroes had the best opportunity for this kind of X-Men rip-off. Shame the writers mostly lost their way after season 1, it had huge potential.

From the creator of "x-men the last stand" Not one of the better x-men fims

Not sure about Wilfred, it seems to be a bit hit and miss.

On better news Breaking Bad is on tonight

I bet there are lots of women hiding the peanut butter from their other half after watching episode 4. Some may prefer the 'extra nutty' variety though.

I actually think Wilfred was making it up (he already has a track record for lying and manipulating) and it was all in Frodo's mind, as we only got 'confirmation' via the dream-like images obviously meant to be Frodo's imagination.

I'm glad they're not going too balls out () though as it would be a bit much doing things that dogs get up to, like can be seen in Pink Flamingos (1972) - IMDb. Now that really is

Last weeks episode was better. Which is why I said they were a bit hit and miss. I'll persevere
