                I think the newsworthiness lies in his novel method of getting rid of the old one. Quite clever actually.

                    Barratt / Wimpy / David Wilson Homes constantly advertise part-exchange on the radio near where I live. I wouldn't put it down as ground breaking which is why is sounds odd.
