          Many people dont grasp the reality of buying only British.

          It actually hurts the economy and country. Ironically, you're hurting the UK.

          Say goodbye to white goods, see petrol skyrocket in price, etc. The price in everday cheap products manufactured in the east skyrocket and more firms based in the UK go insolvant.

          Then of course, we lose all money of import taxations ...

            I can see everything but wine?

            Will a British red be as good value as the 4 quid Chilean stuff?

            I've tried a few expensive French reds recently but I just don't see what the fuss is about? My palate prefers a robust Latin style, French wines are too thin IMO.

                Sadly there is no advantage in spending money in R&D, the chinese just buy what you have spent millions developing and reverse engineer it.
