My butler wont go to Asda.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

I absolutely agree, that is the law I would go to the police now and say that she has changed her mind and claims she is injured. She may get a bit nervous making a statement to the police.

Tell the insurance co that she wasn't injured and that she said nothing to you about being injured. As she spoke to two police officers suggest that they may be able to verify your version of events. She could well have sustained her 'injury' after you hit her car.

More likely got a right hander off her husband for getting the car scratched.

Maybe they couldn't see around you as far as the buggy to begin with?

                    Is that the law?

Bet you she says she was ok at the time but then felt a pain in her neck later....

Well, I spoke to her and then I saw her talking to the coppers. Then she came back and said she'd spoken to them about the procedure and they told her to take reg no - which I gave.

Wonder if the coppers will have a record of this chat? If so, they will see that she appeared fine.

I think they were just stopping by to get a sarnie in tescos, so this wasnt really an official chat.
