They've been there for yonks. Apparently there are few places in the world where the crapness of the weather rivals that of the Himalayan foothills, but Hounslow is one of them.

There are so many of those damn noisy fruit thieving birds all around Surrey, Kent, South and West London that every single media outlet has picked them up.

Some woman in Kent is even doing a research study on them for her PhD.
