I spend about 110% of my time on CUK. I am actually doing overtime to keep up.

While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Tattoo's? that's a bit random.... do you have any?

Maybe this could be the new "Gladiator films" question

I have a couple actually, my last one I got in the States while on a work trip. I got the word "Code" in binary on my upper arm, it looks quite cool.

ASCII, I thought about 16 bit Unicode but it seemed to be overkill.

I don't think it happens very often.

The casual surfer can comfort himself with knowledge that (a) the higher up the management ladder they go, the righer they are and the more complicated their personal lives, so the more things they have to sort out online.
                  (b) HR bods do more casual surfing than anybody.

Go with the flow / depends on management view (who's around !!)

I think it depends on the people/management where you are ......

Senior manager (permie who used to be a contractor many moons ago) takes great umbrage if you're not working. Has been known to even comment about people who may be browsing while having a working lunch at their desk. Several of us took to putting up notices saying "on-break" during lunchtimes !!!!

It's amazing though that when this person is out of the office, how much more get's done/working environment feels better/relaxed.

Come renewal time - definitely a mark in the "against column"

I had an ex-contractor boss on a previous contract who banned all contractors from using the internet at all. He was a right kiss ar$e tosser.

That was a huge tick in the "against column" come renewal time. Although not the only reason I moved on come renewal.
