Dwile Flonking

I have tried flonking the dwile, or what purported to be flonking the dwile. The version I played involved sopping wet beer towels and sticks I recall.
Quite tricky, and I'm not convinced I was playing by proper rules, if indeed there are any proper rules.
But it was part of a very enjoyable evening playing traditional and silly games

Pah! Wussy Southern thing. For a Real Man's (and Real Woman's) beer related activity there's The Oxenhope Straw Race:Originally posted by MarillionFan View Post
It is apparently quite exhausting for those who take it seriously. The Course:
Teams of two (male, female or mixed) start at the Waggon & Horses Inn, walk or run 1 mile to the Bay Horse Inn where a bale of straw is picked up (female teams may carry 1/2 bales if wished), and head up to the finish at the Dog & Gun, some 1 1/2 miles up a gentle hill, via the Social Club, the Lamb Inn and the former Shoulder of Mutton. A pint of beer (or half-pint for female teams) is drunk by teams at each stop.
