People laughed at David Icke when he came out with outrageous predictions in the early 90s. Some of his predictions included massive earthquakes and tsunamis hitting the planet, and New Orleans being devastated by a hurricane.

Of course some of his other predictions haven't taken place...yet.

The Moon is exactly 400 times smaller than the Sun.
Radius of the sun 696,000. Radius of the moon 1,737.10km. Which is 401 times smaller than the Sun. Within the limits of error, 400 times is probably ok.
